- Spendable points can be redeemed on any single eligible bill of ₹2,000.00 gross or higher.
- Standard verified enrollment awards 100.0000 welcome points; protected initial-cohort members retain their 200.0000 welcome entitlement with no artificial claim deadline.
- Point lots expire 6 calendar months from IST award date on a FIFO basis. Shared family phone numbers are never auto-merged.
