• Free Home Delivery Within 10 km (Inclusive <= 10.000 km): Eligible Smartphone, Tablet, and approved showroom orders within an unrounded 10.000 km distance of our Ranchi Road showroom receive ₹0 Free Home Delivery. Even if your postal PIN code differs from 723101, addresses verified within 10.000 km remain eligible.
• Above 10.000 km or Unverified Coordinates: Addresses at 10.001 km or beyond are outside automatic free showroom delivery and are offered showroom pickup or human-quoted dispatch. If coordinates cannot be verified automatically, the order enters honest MANUAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED status rather than guessing.
• Delivery Timing: Delivery slots are confirmed by our Purulia showroom team after order and stock verification; same-day delivery is never promised automatically.
