The real Dalmia referral rule
Simple for the member. Strict in the engine.
The customer-facing action stays effortless while the MariaDB first-referrer lock, 6-month IST lot expiry, and reversals remain 100% auditable.
First valid referrer wins
The first valid normalized 10-digit mobile lock becomes the permanent attribution owner. A later bulk upload can never overwrite your claim.
Review membershipEligible future sales earn 0.5%
Once that mobile joins Dalmia Care Club, you earn +50.0000 bonus points plus 0.5% V7 loyalty points on finalized bills from ₹1+ (redeemable on bills ≥ ₹2,000).
View referral pointsEasy examples
The math should be instantly understandable
Under Care Club V7 rules, 1.0000 loyalty point = ₹1.0000 showroom redemption value on single gross bills ≥ ₹2,000 (6-month IST lot expiry).
₹10,000 eligible sale
0.5% referral rate = 50.0000 loyalty points (₹50 value) credited through the governed V7 referral ledger.
₹50,000 eligible sale
0.5% referral rate = 250.0000 loyalty points (₹250 value). The relationship remains active for eligible future purchases too.
₹1,00,000 eligible sale
0.5% referral rate = 500.0000 loyalty points (₹500 value). If eligible value is later refunded or returned, any corresponding settled referral points adjustment waits for a separate owner decision.
What the system protects
Lifetime attribution without referral chaos
The V7 loyalty engine separates global first-referrer lock, verified membership join, purchase accrual, 6-month IST lot expiry, and manual owner exception review.
No self-referral
Your own registered mobile and same-household numbers cannot be claimed as your referral.
Permanent first-lock immunity
Atomic MariaDB primary-key locking ensures a later 10,000-contact .vcf upload never steals a number you already locked.
Returns stay fair (Zero Cash Debt)
A confirmed return or refund cancels pending referral points. Spent points go to manual owner review with cash_debt_invented = 0; there is no automatic negative referral wallet.
Common questions
Referral questions answered clearly
Is there any cap on how many pending contacts I can lock?
No — Zero Pending Cap. You can lock 1 contact or 10,000+ contacts via Google Contacts or .vcf/.csv, and every fresh 10-digit Indian mobile is permanently reserved under your Member ID.
What if someone else uploads the same number later?
The first valid normalized mobile claim remains the permanent attribution owner, and the second uploader sees only an aggregate skipped count with zero privacy leak.
How does the 25-referral physical gift work?
Every 25 verified active referrals unlock 1 physical showroom gift at Dalmia Computers Purulia, in addition to your +50.0000 signup bonuses and 0.5% bill points.
What happens after a return or refund?
Pending referral points may be cancelled after a confirmed return or refund. Any settled reward adjustment is held for a separate owner decision, without automatic wallet deduction or cash debt.
